An entrepreneur who takes a 360-degree view of their lives is what we call a 360-Entrepreneur. There can never be an end to analyzing one’s life; failing to live life intentionally is the ultimate sin.
The annual Enterprising Women of the Year Awards is widely considered one of the most prestigious recognition programs for women business owners. Honorees are chosen not only because they run successful businesses but also because they have helped other women business owners and those in their communities in very meaningful ways. I found Darlene’s leadership to be worthy of nomination for the Enterprising Women’s 2016 Champion Award.
Proving herself in two functions as Chair of NAWBO Million Dollar Roundtable and multiple Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) Board and having known her for 5 years, I can say that she is a person that leads by example. In both professional and volunteer realms. Darlene Gagnon is an inspirational leader.
Darlene chaired the NAWBO Million Dollar Round Table Committee and was a huge asset. As one of our top-level women business owner members, she led the way in supporting numerous community projects: teen mentoring and coordinating scholarships for teen women. She is an excellent speaker and an advocate for business ownership.
I can sum up my experience with Darlene in two simple yet powerful points; when she involves herself in something, she goes all in. And the second point is that she leads from a very ethical point of view. She understands both the business side as well as the people/relationship side of how to be successful. She always strives to create win-win scenarios and does this all from a values-based standpoint. We worked together as speakers and facilitators with groups of the National Association of Women Business Owners and Entrepreneurs’ Organization.
Darlene is a critical trend follower, mentor, author, and strategic facilitator as an award-winning entrepreneur. She believes that entrepreneurs have the highest accountability to themselves, businesses, families, and the community.
Darlene's facilitated groups offer a combination of personal and business coaching, peer brainstorming, education, accountability, and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills.
